I notice that sometime recently I was elevated on this forum to the distinguished position of Doctor of Theology, joining Humphrey as, I think, the only person of such exalted status.
My understanding is that all I had to do to "earn" this honour was to make a lot of posts - i.e. talk and write a lot, regardless of the quality.
Is this a parable of how real D.Theol's are sometimes obtained? Does this mean I now have to post about arcane subjects using long words and incomprehensible sentences? : )
