James, I was interested in this comment about Prof Peter Harrison on the Quodlibeta blog:

"He was particularly interesting on how religious commitments could legitimate and inform scientific investigation."

Are you able to give a short (but not quite so short!) summary of what you learnt please?

As it is on line now, it is probably better to watch than hear second hand from me. He runs over quite lot of material quite quickly so it is useful it was recorded.
