The other week I was reading an old entry from Jim S containing a youtube video of Alvin Plantinga explaining a Modal Argument for mind and body not being equal. While digging around in an effort to find the source of the video, I discovered that the interviewer has apparently put up quite a few of these interviews. I'm sure people here would recognize many of the interviewees as there are quite a few familiar faces from the science and/or religion debate (on both sides of the spectrum). The interviews are all here: closertotruth.com/participantsThis guy basically asks his subjects a whole bunch of the "big questions" about the universe, science, and God. I've never heard of him before, but he seems to do a pretty good job from the videos I've seen. His wikipedia page is a bit strange though as apparently he's taken it as an opportunity to self-promote himself (and has been called out for it on the talk page).

When Jesus was asked by Pilate, " What is truth?" he remained silent. Why was that?

"Pilate saith unto him, What is truth? And when he had said this, he went out again unto the Jews, and saith unto them, I find in him no fault [at all]."
He'd already been dragged from Annas to Caiaphas to Pilate and beaten up, so perhaps he wasn't in the mood for a free-ranging philosophical discussion, and it obviously wouldn't have made any difference. In any case, the question seems to be rhetorical.

When Jesus was asked by Pilate, " What is truth?" he remained silent. Why was that? When Adam replied to God "Am I my brothers keeper" God remained silent. Why was that?
