Be carefull, Humphrey! Some of us are just too old for such fun as at bedejournal.blogspot.com/2009/05/science-and-reason-movie.html. However, James of Hannam seems to be a good guy. Did you know he also initiated the destruction of all mention of pre-columbian travels to the Americas? And made the Oak Island shafts to hide Bacon's discoveries. And massacred all those cats.

I am sure that Mr. Draper would pronounce a blessing on this movie if he was still in the land of the living.

Cheers guys.
I did read that though afterwards and thought 'If anything I have toned this down from what people on a lot of these forums actually believe'. I mean the Hypatia bit is pretty much what the plot of the movie actually is. For all we know it could be worse, it gets more ridiculous every week.
Yes James of Hannam (thought that was suitably ironic), that little known historical figure who went around deleting irreplaceable pagan works from parchment and overlaying them with obscure versions of the book of revelation, oh and I think he was responsible for banning zero and getting that comet excommunicated.
