I am visiting France in May and I plan to visit the area of the Albigensian Crusade of the 1200's. I would be interested in discussing this crusade with anyone who is interested.

Don't know much about it but seems an interesting subject (from Wiki). A sort of alliance between a worried Papacy and the "French Crown"?
But your question seems a curious one, or at least curiously-phrased. When you say " I plan to visit the area of the Albigensian Crusade of the 1200's." it's a bit like saying I plan to visit the area of William the Conqueror's invasion of the 11th century of England, or the area of William Wallace's independence-directed activities in the 13th century?
i.e. it's a bit vague and possibly hints at an ideological axe to grind?
What area are you planning to visit - region, towns, cities, historical sites? and what's your opinion of the Albigensian Crusade? e.g. was it a manifestation of the brutality of the medieval Papacy and yet another example of the evil of all religion? Or do you think it was a more nuanced matter with a flux of political, economic, religious and secular forces with considerable and perhaps overlooked historical interest?
