One of the leading new atheist voices in Norway has made an English translation of an article of his from Norway's largest newspaper where he recognizes that many atheists are in error on matters of Christianity and history. He even mentions me, international recognition at last:) essays.bearstrong.net/2013/05/11/when-the-christians-met-the-pagans/

Congratulations! Good article from Mr Stærk. I like the look of your blog, but unfortunately I can't read Norwegian, and words like bortforklaringsapologeter look incredibly intimidating.

It looks like very nice, down-to-earth article to refer to next time somebody makes such a pagan copycat claim. I like the look of your blog, but unfortunately I can't read Norwegian, and words like bortforklaringsapologeter look incredibly intimidating. They also look like pure gold for Scrabble. (I guess it means "away-explanation apologists"?)

There is a Google translate button in the right column, for what it is worth... ;D

I think what is needed is a Google Translator Translator.

I think what is needed is a Google Translator Translator. Or me to avoid all and any Chestertonian puns and paradoxes no translation can grab

Indeed - and we put everything into one long word, like the Germans. Indeedwedo. Unfortunately, in a few generation, foul missyllabification will have completely overtaken our language, as is already happening now! The source? The foul anglophones and all their vile linguistics.

The foul anglophones and all their vile linguistics. You can't blame us Aussies - no-one accuses us of speaking English!
